S Tier — Overpowered
Arguably the best 3v3 comp in TBC. MS + DoT pressure is relentless. Cyclone controls games. No hard counter.
Highest skill-cap comp. Sap + Poly + Blind CC chains delete targets. Mana Burn closes games. Requires perfect coordination.
A Tier — Strong
Double healer with MS + Mana Burn. Nearly impossible to kill. Wins through attrition. Games go long.
Bloodlust amplifies Rogue burst. Kidney Shot + Fear chains with DoTs. Strong openers but weaker than WLD long term.
Melee cleave with Bloodlust. MS + DoTs + Lust overwhelms. Weaker after Lust fades but strong opener pressure.
B Tier — Viable
Double healer durability. Wins by outlasting. Low kill pressure but almost never loses quickly. Very patient playstyle.
Caster cleave with deep CC chains. Poly + Fear controls two targets. Mana Burn as secondary win con. Lacks physical damage.
Aggressive RMP variant. Higher burst than standard RMP but weaker healing. Must kill in opener or struggles long term.
Tankiest comp in TBC. Double healer + Bubble. Almost impossible to kill but very low kill pressure. Games take forever.
C Tier — Situational
Melee cleave with Hunter range. Bloodlust opener is strong but Shaman is easily trained. Falls off hard after Lust.
